Objectives of the STriTuVaD project:

​

• Assessment of the computational modelling framework to simulate the human immune system complex dynamics at large scale; 

• Development of the general modelling framework and integration of the following modules of simulation:

  • the tuberculosis – immune system interaction;

  • the effects of antibiotics therapy in patients with active tuberculosis;

  • immunity induced by the tuberculosis vaccines. 

• Set-up of the library of virtual patients using data of real patients enrolled for the clinical trial;

• Set-up of the library of virtual patients and run of an empowered in silico-augmented adaptive Bayesian clinical trial;

• In silico trial framework final release.
