Strituvad presented at XXII International Symposium on Mathematical Methods Applied Sciences

The XXII International Symposium on Mathematical Methods Applied Sciences - XXII SIMMAC was held at the University of Costa Rica in San Josè on February 25th-28th, 2020 and is the most important event in the field of Applied Mathematics in Central America. During XXII SIMMAC, Professor Maria Alessandra Ragusa, from the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Catania, Italy, held an invited talk titled “Developing in silico trials to fight Tuberculosis - H2020 STriTuVaD Project”.


The conference is organized by the Center for Research in Pure and Applied Mathematics (CIMPA) at the University of Costa Rica (UCR) every two years, with the collaboration of the School of Mathematics EMA and since 1978, it has developed this activity with great involvement of mathematicians and scientists from Central America, Europe, North America and South America.
